Service and support
We offer customers service of conveyor lines and telescopic conveyors (both warranty and post-warranty).
Service is divided into 2 areas
- the first area is a regular service inspection of the technology, checking the functionality, adjustment of sensors and reading devices, tightening the connections in the switchboard and on the technology, cleaning,
- the second area is service intervention on call. We usually call first (in an effort to resolve the problem together with the customer) and, if the malfunction is of a larger scale, we carry out an intervention at the installation site.
